RETURN AND CANCELLATION

The item you received has been produced specifically for you and to your order. I understand that buying art over the internet is not easy and I acknowledge that the print might not meet your expectations. Therefore, I offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact me immediately at info@martin-rutishauser.com. I will inform you on how and where to send your package. I hope you understand that your item must also be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If not otherwise instructed, you need to send returns to the CONTACT INFORMATION below.

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if I can accept the return or not. If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please understand that I cannot refund shipping costs and any tax (VAT, import tax etc.).

If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at info@martin-rutishauser.com.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform the shipping company and me immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Please also contact me instantly if you receive the wrong item. In these unlikely events, I will organize a replacement free of charge or a refund. To arrange this, please get in touch with me at info@martin-rutishauser.com.

In all cases I may request return of the products so that I can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at my cost, and refunds or resends can be withheld until the returns are received by me.

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund or resend was approved or not. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
